Our production area is over 1,00,000sq feet and our production rate is over 500,000 + units per month. We ensure high standards of in- house quality control at every stage of the production process. Our team of skilled workers, designers and craftsmen have inherent artistic skills that are featured in their fine workmanship. Adequate manpower is available to ensure timely delivery of high-quality merchandise. This is also proved by statistical data where our production of Inflatables including Moulded Balls have crossed over 6000 Units per day plus other articles like Tennis balls, Rackets, Bats, Kits, Shin Pads, Pumps etc.

The organization is fully compliant and approved from various reputed auditing agencies and testing authorities. This makes the company ahead in comparison to our competition. Recently our company has also been accredited by Bureau of Indian Standards on account of consistent quality pass since last three years.

Our products are made in a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit that combines the finesse of handcrafting, machine stitched & latest machines of Thermo Bonded, Wounding, Roto Moulded Machines with the quality assured by modern technology.

We are fully compliant to most major auditors & most importantly we have a very strong in house quality control & internal full time auditor who takes care from the scratch i.e from the very basic raw material to the finished goods. Not only this the factory is audited by Bureau of Indian Standards, A full time Indian Government Institution that ensures 100% quality check periodically, randomly & also from market samples.

CE Marking

CE markingis a certification mark that indicates conformity with health, safety, and environmental protection standards for products sold within the.The CE marking is also found on products sold outside the EEA that are manufactured in, or designed to be sold in, the EEA. This makes the CE marking recognizable worldwide. The CE marking is the manufacturer’s declaration that the product meets the requirements of the applicable EC directives.
